Almond Fried Rice recipe

Almond Fried Rice ingredients list:

1 medium egg, beaten.
3 cups of cold cooked rice.
2 oz of diced cooked ham.
¾ cup of thinly-sliced green onions and tops.
½ cup of diced red bell pepper.
½ cup of slivered blanched almonds toasted.
2 tablespoons of Kikkoman soy sauce.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Instructions for Almond Fried Rice:

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add the green onions and red bell pepper; then stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the egg and scramble.

Stir in the rice and cook until heated through.

Add the diced ham and soy sauce; cook and stir until mixture is well blended.

Stir in almonds; serve.
