Cajun Rice recipe

Cajun Rice ingredients list:

1 lb of lean ground beef.
½ cup of bell pepper, finely diced.
1/3 cup of green onions, diced.
½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
½ teaspoon of celery flakes.
1 teaspoon of Creole seasoning.
¼ teaspoon of red pepper.
4 cups of long grain rice. cooked, drained.
¼ cup of water.
¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.

Instructions for Cajun Rice:

In a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef and diced bell pepper until the beef loses its pink color and the bell pepper is soft. Remove excess grease.

Turn the heat down to medium-low and add the remaining ingredients, stir and cook together until ground beef is completely cooked and the liquid is gone (about 30 minutes).
